Lifeguard Chairs at Dusk
Empty lifeguard chairs on an empty beach at dusk. The fact that they are empty means the day is done, and maybe danger is at bay. Peaceful, soft waves lap at the sand. My favorite time of day at the beach. When my children were little my friends and I would take our children to the beach for dinner. Get them fed, exercised and really tired for the ride home. Peace happens small doses sometimes. We take what we can get! Inspired by a photograph taken by my friend Robin Maxcy.
